Our goal is to acquire your business meaning we would take over the business allowing the owner to leave. In specific cases, we can discuss this more to ensure the outcome suits the owners needs.
Once we have our initial call to ensure we are able to work with each other, how quickly we move really depends how quickly you want to sell. We move as quickly as is required for your needs.
Unless it specifically required or will benefit the business to change the name, we will continue to use the current business name.

After our initial phone call, we will ensure a 'Non-disclosure agreement' (NDA) is signed between both parties. This is a binding document which legally means we cannot share any of your sensitive and private information.
